Houssam Attal Favorites · February 3, 2019 · في منتصف القرن الماضي بدأ قصصيوا جنوب امريكا بكتابه روايات باسلوب الواقع السحري او الواقع الوهمي. انطلق هذا الاسلوب مع ماركيز في روايته الشهيره ألف عام من العزله ثم امتد هذا الاسلوب الى فنون اخرى كالرسم والسينما، وشاهدنا مؤخراً عدد من الافلام الرائعه كفلمي المفضل "شكل الماء" للمخرج ديل تورو. هذا الاسلوب يعطي الفنان مساحات كبيره للخيال والابداع وامكانيه خلق عالم جديد حيث لايعرف المشاهد أين يبدأ الخيال أو أين ينتهي الواقع، انه فعلاً ساحر. هذه الايام أحس بأننا نعيش في واقع وهمي. هل رجل كترمپ هو فعلا رئيس الاولايات المتحده؟ هل تغريداته حقيقيه يرسلها في ساعات الصباح المبكره باسلوب طفولي؟ هل يملك هذا الرجل مفاتيح إطلاق الصرايخ النوويه؟ هل تتخلى الدوله الأكثر قوه في العالم عن التزاماتها الدوليه حين تجوب حاملات طائراتها كل محيط وتحتل جيوشها الدول كلما يحلو لها؟ هل تسلخ ثقافه ودين شعب الايغور بالملايين في معسكرات اشبه ماتكون بمعسكرات النازيه, ويتم ذلك في عهد اتصالات الانترنت العالميه؟ هل الحرب في سوريه تحدث كما نراها، وهل فعلأ انتصر الديكتاتور على شعبه وسيعاد تأهيله في المجتمع الدولي؟ هل "التطرف الاسلامي" هو مشكله العالم حالياً، أو أنه فعلاً لايمثل أي شي سوى أداه خبيثه تستخدمها الدول من خلال أجهزه مخابراتها لمصالح محدده (وهكذا تظهر هذه الجماعات فجأه، تقوم بعمل محدود ومعين، ثم تختفي وكأنها لم تكن)؟ هل هناك فعلاً أناس عاشوا حياتهم بين المسلمين، أو هم مسلمون، ولازالوا يصدقون هذه الترّهات، ويكتبون عنها المقالات والتحليلات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وكأنها حقيقه؟ الخيال والوهم مهمان لغرض الإبداع الفني، وكذلك كأدوات للمعادله النفسيه عندما يصبح الواقع أليما بلا إحتمال, ولكن عندما تقود الأوهام الواقع وتحتل مكانه فهذا أمر آخر كلياً. In the mid of last century, Latin American novelists started using a style knows as Magical Realism, characterized by mixing the fantastic or illusory with reality; the sentinel novel was Marquez' classic A Hundred Years of Solitude. This style expanded to other art forms like painting or cinema (my favorite is del Toro's The Shape of Water). This style gives the artists an expansive room for creativity by constructing a new (and convincing) worlds where the reader/viewer cannot distinguish where reality stops and illusion begins. These days I feel that we are living in illusory reality. Was it real that Trump was elected as the President of the United States? Does he actually wake in the early morning hours to tweet like a child? Does he possess the nuclear football and can activate it at will? Has the US abandoned its international commitments while having aircraft carriers patrolling oceans and armies that occupy countries at will? Does China detain one million people of Uighur descent in "re-eductional camps" and deprive them of their culture and religion? A practice remiscient of Nazi practices? Does the war in Syria occur as we see it? Does the dictator win over his people and is "rehabilitated" in the international community? Is Islamic extremism the most ardent international problem or is it just a tool used by countries and their intelligence apparatus to achieve a specific goal at certain time, then disappear as if never existed? Do people who have lived their entire lives among Muslims (or some Muslims) actually believe this fictitious scheme? Do they actually obsess about it in their posts and blogs? Magical illusion is a powerful tool in creative art, and can also serve as a psychological balancing instrument when reality is unbearably painful. When these illusions lead to reality then we are in "real" peril.
