في الوطن العربي لا توجد اغلبية واقلية. لان هذه المفاهيم تفترض دولة ومواطنة ومجتمع عنده ثقافة المواطنة. هناك قبائل وعشائر وتجمعات وحارات وقرى لا تجمعها اية هوية شاملة. هذه الجماعات تعيش في تنافس غالبا وتعايش احيانا ويستقوي بعضها بالدولة على الاخريات. الدولة هنا هي النخبة العسكرية ثم البيروقراطية. لم اعد اؤمن بالاقليات والاكثريات والاضطهاد والمظلومية. المظلومية مجرد حكي مصمم للتخاطب مع الاستعمار الغربي سابقا والدول العظمى حاليا. عدا ذلك لا توجد مظلوميات وانما حروب داحس والغبراء، الخاسر فيها يصرعنا بانه ضعيف ومظلوم. لا يوجد سنة ولا مسيحية ولا علوية ولا اقباط ولا اكراد. هناك السنة الاغنياء في المدينة الفلانية والمسيحية الفلاحين في المنطقة العلتانية والعلوية الضباط في المنطقة الثالثة. وهناك عشائر وقبائل وعائلات. والكل يتنافس للوصول الى تحالف مع الدولة. اقباط طنطا يجوز عملوا تحالفات غلط ودفعوا ثمنها. وغالبا الدولة عملت التفجير. ولا احط حدا على ذمتي فكلهم انحس من بعض. لما الكل بيؤمن بالمواطنة وبيتصرف على هالاساس ولما بيصير دولة للجميع وليس ملكية مبطنة. عندها نتكلم عن المظلوميات. هذه خبرتي من الحرب السورية. الكل شريك، خلوا اقباط طنطا يشوفوا المطران تبعهم شو مخبص بعلاقاته مع مخابرات السيسي. كلنا شركاء وكلنا ضحايا للدولة. والتعصب الاسلامي عند البعض يقابله تعصب ديني عند الاخرين. يجب الاعتراف بالواقع. على العموم لا يموت الا الابرياء.

Let me comment on your last point that "these killed Copts should go and talk to their clergy who's probably in some sort of relation with Sisi." It seems like you're saying it's the fault of Copts if they're killed. It's not right at all and it contradicts with your own demanding democratic spirit as you don't accept that this minority may have its own politics and has decided to align itself with the one who's "supposed" to protect it. Also nothing justifies violence.
And in that sense there is a difference between a minority and a majority as I don't see mosques being exploded in the majority Sunni in Egypt of which 50% is pro Sisi. Sometimes you have to put yourself in the shoes of the other side.

I am in their shoes. I did not blame them, I blamed the clergy. They are not the same. Yes the church is targeted but by whom. Yes the mosques are not, there is a reason. It is nor because Muslims did it, it is the gov who claims to protect the minorities vi a vis the west. No one will care about a mosque but a church, that brings money. Sisi just came back from the USA. Finally, i am sorry, i d not believe in minorities and majorities any more.

I disagree, Sisi is using the minority card as Assad does but you're saying that there are no fanatics and qaeeda in egypt!? I was in Egypt often on business in 2002-2005, and I saw and talked to people. Scary!
There is definitely a dynamic of minority and majority but within each you have the range of all positions so to généralise and assume homogeneity of position among monitory or majority is a fals assumption and you and me are the proof.
Quebec ownered the mosque event in a flagrant and even theatrical way. Not sure the wiping off of Syriac churches of North East Iraq is even mentioned anywhere. What I want to say is that this analysis doesn't work and is somehow anecdotal.

Joumana do noy get angry we are talking about the same thing. My theory is to prevent generalization and study details of every community. Of course there is alqaeda and daesh in Egypt. I just said no one is just a passive victime except the bystandards. Copts as a Church have their politics which also does not make sense. The same for the Syriac church, please the latest article at al-Jumhuriyya about Amouda.

I am not angry at all particularly with you Nazir 🙂 with you I can share my opinion. I am amazed by the idea you justify again and maybe it's your way expressing it, that in this specific instance when we're talking about continuous violence against Copts in Egypt with their political position. I read only a few people when it comes to the Syrian conflict, and I like your sincerity while I think there is lots of rabish and backward religious thinking in the subconscious mind of a lot of Syrians.

تماما، الضحية والمعتدي عندهم نغس العقلية. حنى المهزوم يبدا تفسير الهزيمة بثقافة مختلفة ومظلومية وحركات انفصالية. الوطنية هي اتحاد الاطراف وليس عقد عبودية المهزوم. لكننا بعيدين عن هذا الفهم.

		+	=28 آب، 2017 - ثورة -أقليات=
		+	عملا بنصيحة فرق تسد، وعلى سيرة المظلوميات والاقليات وحق تقرير المصير، كل الناس تعتقد ان جيش الشرق الفرنسي كان اغلبيته علوية ومن هنا جاء اهتمامهم بالجيش. الحقيقة كان اغلبيته اكراد وكل ضباط الانقلابات كانوا ضباط بجيش الشرق وكانوا اكراد. كان الفرنسيين يبعتوا الجنود من المجموعة س لتاديب متمردين من المجموعة ع. وهكذا كانت كل فئة تعتقد ان الاخرى تضطهدها. وعلى هذا المبدا يجب على السوريين ان يكرهوا المغاربة والسنغاليين لانهم كانوا جنود الجيش الفرنسي في سوريا. وهكذا فعل الاسد. المظلوميات في سورية لا تعدو كونها حكايات من حارتنا ومن ضيعتنا. هل جاء الوقت مثلا لنحاسب الاكراد على اقامة حكم العسكر في سوريا. اللي بيجنن انه لما الناس فاقت وعملت ثورة على الظلم اجى من اقنعهم بانها مظلومية سنية ومظلومية علوية وغيرها. اللي مخمن ان الامان يكون بان يعيش بضيعة او مدينة اجداده فليفتح عينيه وينظر ابعد من انفه. لن تكون هناك دولة مواطنة الا اذا اصبحت كل مدينة ملكا للجميع وليس حكرا على القبيلة التي تسكنها. حتى فيدرالية ما بدها لانها انطواء على اقليم اكبر من الضيعة، اعملوا ادارات محلية تقوم على مفهوم القاطن وليس على مفهوم مكان النفوس. يجب ان لا تكون هناك نفوس.
